01. Support Coordination
Independent support that coordinates every part of your plan, working closely with you and your informal, formal and mainstream supports. Includes Specialist Support Coordination for more complex needs.

Monday to Friday, 10:00am to 3:30pm. Cooking, life skills, creative projects, fitness and social outings, with a 1:2 support ratio and door-to-door transport.
03. Supported Independent Living
Hampton House for the privacy of your own space, or Thomas Suites for a more connected communal environment. Both built around independence, connection and safety.
04. Empowered Adventures
Weekend escapes, farm stays and interstate holidays, about having fun, trying new things, making friends and creating unforgettable memories along the way.

Since 2018, Support Squad has been driven by one belief: people with disabilities have the right to live a good life on their own terms.
Today, our dedicated team proudly supports over 400 participants, delivering Support Coordination, a unique Adult Learning Centre, thoughtfully designed Empowered Adventures, SIL accommodation and cooking programs.
